Keep Your LifeWise Coverage in 2025

We look forward to working for you again in 2025. Here are some important changes.

All LifeWise Individual plans except Essential Bronze HSA are renewing in 2025.
We’re expanding our Cascade Select (public option) plans to Grays Harbor and Lincoln counties.
LifeWise plans are no longer available in Clallam, Jefferson, and Mason counties (except for grandfathered plans, which will renew in 2025).

What to know

If your plan is renewing and you stay on the same plan in 2025, you’ll keep your:

Same plan & ID number

Same network

Same drug coverage

Same online account and autopay (If you've set these up prior to 2025)

What to do

Review the renewal letter mailed by LifeWise in October.
The state exchange, Washington Healthplanfinder, will tell you if you need to take action to renew your plan or if your plan will renew automatically.
Follow all instructions provided by Healthplanfinder.
If Healthplanfinder tells you to take action and you do not, you may not have coverage for January 1, 2025.

What to expect

Take note of these key dates, so you know what’s coming your way.

Late October to early November

Receive your annual notice in the mail, including your 2025 rate. You can also view all rates on our 2025 health plans page.

Late October through December

Get tips and insights about your 2025 plan via email and your secure LifeWise account.

Early November

Receive your December invoice. Please make your payment by November 30. If you’re set up on autopay, your December payment should draft on November 28.

Early December

Receive your January invoice with your new 2025 rate. Please make your payment by December 31. If you pay online through your bank, please validate it's set up to pay your new premium amount for January.

January 1

Start using your 2025 plan. Remember, you can access your digital ID card through your secure Premera account, and via text by opting in to digital health messages. Sign in to your account, then select ID Cards from the top menu.

Digital ID cards

You can view, download, and print a digital ID from your LifeWise account.

Sign in to your account.
Choose ID card from the menu options.
Print or save your digital ID card.
You can also request a physical copy.

Virtual care from Doctor On Demand

Access to virtual care from Doctor On Demand for common medical conditions such as cold, flu, allergies, and urgent care. Doctor On Demand also treats chronic conditions such as asthma, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

Digital health messages

With digital health messages, you can receive important healthcare updates right to your cell phone that are personalized and secure. By opting in, you'll be able to access your ID card and personal information quickly to understand your benefits and get the most out of your plan.

Consider taking these 2 actions to make your plan even easier to use and manage. If you’ve already signed up for an online account or autopay this year, you do not need to sign up again.

Register for your online account

Check benefits, access claims, or find a doctor—all online.

Visit lifewise.com/my-account.
Select "Click here to register."
Follow the prompts to register and create your account.

Set up autopay

For subscribers (primary policyholders): Enroll in autopay to make paying your monthly premium simple.

Sign in to your online account.
Select "My Account” on the right-hand side of the page, then select “Make a Payment > Manage Recurring Payments.” Only the subscriber on your plan can access the “Manage Recurring Payments” button.
Follow the prompts to set up your autopay.
