LifeWise Extends Cost Share Waiver and In-Network Telehealth Providers

With the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, LifeWise Health Plan of Washington has remained committed to making sure your clients continue to have greater access to care. Through the expansion of our telehealth network, LifeWise helped reduce wait times to receive care from home at no additional cost.

To ensure your clients are continuing to receive greater access to care, LifeWise will be extending the cost share waiver for all in-network telehealth services along with the expanded telehealth network until December 31, 2020*.

The expanded telehealth network for all eligible clients includes:

98point6* Text-based care from a doctor, 24/7 
Doctor On Demand* Video-based care from a doctor, 24/7
Video-based mental health therapy, 24/7
Boulder Care* Treatment for opioid use disorder
Video visits and messaging with a therapist
Workit Health* Treatment for alcohol use disorder
Live chat and video with a therapist

These new providers join our existing telehealth options which include:

  • Existing brick and mortar providers offering telehealth services
  • Teladoc
  • Applied behavioral analysis (ABA)
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP) for mental health and substance use disorders
  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for mental health and substance use disorders
