If you recently visited the website for LifeWise Health Plan of Washington, you were greeted with a fresh, new home page. That’s because we designed a new web experience with our customer in mind—one that’s more modern, engaging, and interactive.
Tips for navigating the new site
- New address: Our website address is now lifewise.com. That’s right—we’ve dropped the "wa" from our web address! If you still find yourself going to lifewisewa.com, it will automatically redirect you to the new web address.
- New features: The home page features a drop-down menu that customers can use to jump directly to information about popular topics. Customers can find 2020 plan information here or by using the “Become a Customer” link at the top of the page.
- New producer button: The button to access the producer page with your selling resources is located at the bottom of the home page. On the lifewise.com home page, scroll to the website footer, then select Producers. For easy access, you can add the producer page to your web browser favorites.

Take a few minutes to try out the new options and features on the LifeWise home page so you feel confident answering any client questions about where to find information.
We’re working on enhancing the producer pages for open enrollment, including a new secure producer site. For now, all your resources are located on the producer health plans page. Stay tuned—we’ll release details as they become available.
